Dyffryn Barn and Dyffryn Stable Access Statement.

Dyffryn Barn is on level ground with parking outstide the front door. The nature of the building means that it is only suitable for disabled people who are able to negotiate stairs although the ground floor is level without steps. The nature of the building is such that entrances are narrow and difficult to negotiate with a wheel chair.

The Stable has a narrow stone entrance with two steps and cannot be negotiated by wheel chair users.

The need to ascend and descend stairs is essential.

We have taken care to provide bright lighting for partially sighted people.

There is ample parking close to the front door and the parking area is well compacted gravel giving a reasonable surface for wheelchairs.
